        Pet Rules
  • Only two house pets permitted per lot,
each dog must be under 40 pounds.
  • No aggressive breeds.
  • Pets may be walked to designated pet areas
    on the roadways only, they must be keep off
    of other residents lots.
  • Dogs are not allowed to urinate on any trees
    or landscaping. If a dog is seen doing this it
    will be asked to leave the resort immediately.
  • Dogs must be on leashes five feet or less
    when outside of your home.
  • All pets must be registered with the office and
    have current shots and license. (Florida law
    requires rabies shots once a year).
  • No matter where your dog goes to the
    bathroom it must be picked up and disposed
    of properly (in dumpsters only, not in bath
    houses or pool area garbages).
  • Pets must be kept inside at all times unless
    accompanied by their owner on a leash.
  • Feeding and watering of stray animals is
    strictly prohibited (this includes alligators).
  • No Birds.
