• All pricing includes full set-up, which includes; the unit blocked, anchored, and skirted, installation of a 2.5 ton air conditioning unit with a 5 kilowatt heat strip, water, sewer, and electric lines installed, cable & telephone lines stubbed to rear of park model, installation of a 500 square foot carport (dimensions to match park model), a two foot concrete walk around the park model, a fully automated irrigation system with rain gauge, a St. Augustine Flortam sodded lot and all necessary permits. There are no hidden fees.
