Reservation Policies
A four hundred dollar deposit is required to hold a reservation.
Reservations Canceled on or before April 30 - $100 Cancellation Fee
Reservations Canceled May 1 to June 30 - $200 Cancelation Fee
Reservations Canceled July 1 to August 31 - $300 Cancelation Fee
Reservations Canceled on or after Sept. 1 - Full Deposit is Forfeited
There will be no refunds after arrival.
Lot rent is due in full on the first day of the reservation.
2024-2025 Reservation Schedule
6 Month reservations for residents rebooking their current site will begin January 2nd, 2024. (Dates set from November 1st to April 30th)
All sites without reservations become available on January 16th
6 Month reservations for Adelaide Shores residents changing sites will be accepted on January 16th, 2024.
New 6 Month reservations will be accepted starting January 17th, 2024. (6 Month Reservations are set dates from November 1st to April 30th)
3, 4 & 5 Month reservations will be accepted starting February 1st, 2024. (Pending Availability)
Less than 2 Month reservations will be accepted 30 days prior to the requested arrival date, pending availability.
Additional Rate Information

Water, sewer and trash are included in all lot rent rates.

Metered electric: Guests staying longer than one month are responsible for contacting Duke Energy for their electric service to be established.

Lawn Care: Lawn Care is not provided for reservations over 31 days. Push mowers are available for use. (Lawn care is provided for reservations less than 30 days).

Occupancy: Rates are based on 1 - 2 person occupancy, and a 30 day month.

Guests: Guest charge of $2.00 per day. Guest dues must be paid prior to guest’s first night in the resort to avoid penalty. Any guest found not paid in full will be charged the guest rate doubled. Guests are welcome as long as they abide by resort rules and regulations, and the hosting resident is present in the resort. Guests must be registered in the office. Resident assumes responsibility for guests during their stay.

Extending stays: Stays may be extended based on availability.

Arrivals: Arrival time is between noon & 4:00 pm; Monday through Friday. The office must approve all after hour, weekend, or holiday arrivals.

Refunds: There are no refunds after arrival or shortening of reservations, No Exceptions.

Storage: All items in storage must be registered with the office and paid the appropriate fee prior to the item being placed in storage. Storage is for Resort Residents only, on a first come first serve basis.
