Adelaide Shores RV Resort is not affiliated with any discount clubs and does not offer any discounted rates.
Reservation Policies
Lot rent is due in full on the first day of the reservation.
No refunds for early departures after arrival.
A $3 Reservation Fee applies to all reservations under 90 days.
Stays Over One Month: A $400 deposit is required to hold a reservation
Reservations Canceled on or before April 30 - $100 Cancellation Fee
Reservations Canceled May 1st to June 30 - $200 Cancellation Fee
Reservations Canceled July 1st to August 31 - $300 Cancellation Fee
Reservations Canceled on or after September 1 - Full Deposit is Forfeited
Stays One Month & Less: A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. Or Full Payment if the total balance of the stay is under $200.

Additional Rate Information

Water, sewer and trash are included in all lot rent rates.

Metered electric: Guests staying longer than one month are responsible for contacting Duke Energy for their electric service to be established.

Lawn Care: Lawn Care is not provided for reservations over 31 days. Push mowers are available for use. (Lawn care is provided for reservations less than 30 days).

Occupancy: Rates are based on 1 - 2 person occupancy, and a 30 day month.

Guests: Guest charge of $2.00 per day. Guest dues must be paid prior to guest’s first night in the resort to avoid penalty. Any guest found not paid in full will be charged the guest rate doubled. Guests are welcome as long as they abide by resort rules and regulations, and the hosting resident is present in the resort. Guests must be registered in the office. Resident assumes responsibility for guests during their stay.

Extending stays: Stays may be extended based on availability.

Arrivals: Arrival time is between noon & 4:00 pm; Monday through Friday. The office must approve all after hour, weekend, or holiday arrivals.

Refunds: There are no refunds after arrival or shortening of reservations, No Exceptions.

Storage: All items in storage must be registered with the office and paid the appropriate fee prior to the item being placed in storage. Storage is for Resort Residents only, on a first come first serve basis.
